The 2001 European ACRO CUP was won by Klaus Dettmer, in both the Known and Freestyle events, flying the CAP 231 EX as his current F3AX (Large Scale) aircraft.The all composite construction has enabled us to offer a fully competitive model with an exceptional strength/weight ratio, making for a machine suitable even for normal "non-competitive" sport flying. The new type spar construction, bonded directly to the wing skins, provides an extremely rigid unit that is stressed for a 30G (!) load.
